Legitimation	Legal basis: execution of the contractual relationship established when you register for projects carried out by the Foundation.
Recipients	Your data will not be communicated to third parties or transferred internationally. Notwithstanding that Fundación Banco Santander does not transfer personal data to third parties, it may communicate them to the competent public administrations, courts and tribunals or state security forces, in the event of specific requests made in accordance with applicable regulations. Likewise, Fundación Banco Santander collaborates with certain third-party service providers who may have access to personal data and who process such data on behalf of Fundación Banco Santander as a result of the services they provide, including, but not limited to, providers of cloud services or commercial communications. To select these providers, Fundación Banco Santander has strict criteria and signs the relevant data processing agreements with all of them in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR.
Conservation period	The personal data provided for registration on the Website will be kept until you unsubscribe or request its deletion from the Data Controller. The personal data provided for registration in the corresponding call for applications will be retained for as long as necessary to manage your participation in the call. Once the call has ended, the data will be properly blocked and retained for a period of five years in order to address any potential claims arising from its processing, after which it will be completely deleted.
